Agrofood Sector Plan
In coordination with other departments of the Government of the Canary Islands (Instituto de Calidad Agroalimentaria (ICCA, Institute for Agrofood Quality) and Viceconsejería de Pesca (Vice-Ministry for Fisheries)) as well as with the Spanish Institute of Foreign Trade (ICEX), support is provided for mature Canary Islands exporting sectors, mainly those that are part of the primary sector of the economy so they remain competitive in their traditional markets all while implementing strategies that make it possible to open up to new markets.
